This site is an informational and lead-generation site for EZYFUELS LTD, incorporated in Nigeria under RC-7578390. It does not itself process fuel orders or payments; forms on this site route an inquiry to our team, who follow up directly.
2. Regulated activity
Downstream fuel distribution in Nigeria is regulated by the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA). EZYFUELS operates as a technology platform rather than a licensed distributor. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or deliver fuel outside a licensed depot or marketer relationship, and any order or partnership is subject to separate written agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including submitting false information through our forms, attempting to access non-public areas, or using the site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.
