OilShare is a subsidiary of EZYFUELS LTD. Marketers combine cash and credit orders into shared 250,000L pools, so they can meet Dangote's minimum order volume without carrying it alone. Once a pool fills, members pay and take delivery together at a price set for the full pool. It runs today at oilshare.ng, the clearest evidence of this team's ability to ship and operate in this sector.

A technology platform, knowingly inside a licensed sector

Downstream fuel distribution in Nigeria is regulated by the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA). EZYFUELS is EZYFUELS LTD (RC-7578390), incorporated in Nigeria, and operates as a technology platform rather than a licensed distributor. Depots and marketers onboarded through the platform are expected to hold their own valid licences; EZYFUELS itself does not store or transport fuel.
